My Bodywork Philosophy
During the past decade offering bodywork, I’ve developed an intuitive approach to handling the landscape of the human body - considering the interconnectedness of its systems and aiming to restore balance and well-being on multiple levels.
Consistent therapeutic bodywork supports stress relief, pain reduction, injury rehabilitation, mobility improvement, realignment of emotional imbalances, and recovering your connection to self.
While my foundational treatments are a synergistic blend of deep myofascial restructuring in tandem with lymphatic drainage, every session is a reflection of the overall needs of my client and what’s would feel most productive for them that day. Each session will be unique and different everytime following your bodies unique rhythms and patterns. I will listen deeply to your body and allow it to guide me to where healing is needed. The expertise and care that I put into your bodywork treatment will be an essential component to the transformation of your physical and emotional health.

Rebecca understands the body on a deep level. The term massage alone, doesn’t quite do it justice. She effects real change working not only with muscles, but with all the connective tissue involved. In this way, she successfully treats the whole person. I make sure to schedule with her whenever she is in town!

Attentive, Intuitive hands. Kind, calming and nurturing energy, and always leaves me feeling revitalized. She can pinpoint problem areas like a laser guided massage missile and sort them out wonderfully.
